- SHOWERPROOF: The Olsen & Smith Parasol is the perfect summer solution – even during the notoriously unpredictable British weather. The canopy is made from showerproof 160g/m2 polyester to protect you from those annoying summer showers, and also includes an air vent to reduce wind pressure in the breeze (not suitable for use in heavy rain or strong wind).
- CRANK HANDLE & TILTING MECHANISM: Instead of a fiddly pulley system or dangerous pin/spring-loaded mechanism - the parasol features a crank handle to easily raise and lower the canopy when required. Simply turn the handle one way to open it or the other way to close it. It also features a simple push-button lever that allows you to tilt the canopy at an angle and shield yourself from the low-lying sun.
- STORAGE BAG INCLUDED: The parasol comes with a handy carry bag for easy storage when not in use. We recommend using the parasol with a heavy base (base not included).
